CAIRO - 10 May 2019: Does Elneny's lack of participation with Arsenal will make him search for a move outside England? Maybe the answer will be at Paola Souza.

The English newspaper, The Sun, reported that Arsenal's Egyptian midfielder, Mohamed Elneny, may find himself playing in France as his former coach at FC Basel, Paolo Souza, is now the coach of the French club, Bordeaux.

The Sun pointed out that the Portuguese coach is preparing for a summer offer to the 26-year-old player.

Elneny has been on Arsenal's bench most of this season as he only participated in 16 matches in all the competitions. Elneny's contract with Arsenal extends till 2022.

Elneny played under Souza, the former Juventus star, in Basel, who played for him from 2013 to 2016.

Despite Elneny's, former Al Mokawlon player, lack of participation with Arsenal, but he is a key player with the Pharaohs.
