Egypt Youth Volleyball team flies to Czech for World Cup

CAIRO – 7 June 2017: The Egyptian Volleyball National team under 21 will fly to Czech Republic on June 21. The national team will participate in the World Cup tournament that will be held from the June 23 to July 7.

The Egyptian Youth National Team under the management of Maged Mostafa are in a closed camp at the Olympic Center, in order to prepare for the tournament. Moreover, Adel el-Sedawy, who is one of the members of the interim board of directors, will be leading the national team in Czech Republic.

Mohamed Zayed, Abdalla Amer, and Abdelrahman Seoudy are three of the major players that coach Maged Mostafa selected for the World Cup tournament in Czech.

Egypt and Morroco are the only two African teams that managed to qualify to the tournament. The Egyptian Youth National team will be hoping to continue their story with success in the next World Cup after winning their 4th African Cup of Nations Tournament under the age of 21 on 2016.
