Wydad delegation arrived in Cairo ahead of Al-Ahly clash

CAIRO – 1 June 2017: The Moroccan Wydad team delegation arrived in Cairo on Thursday ahead of their anticipated clash with Cairo’s Al-Ahly SC, which is scheduled to take place at the Borg al-Arab stadium in Alexandria on Sunday.

Al-Ahly SC, leading the Premier League, thrashed Cameroon host Coton Sports 2-0 in the CAF Champions’ League group-stage showdown last week, while Wydad lost 1-0 to the Zambian Zanaco.

Al-Ahly was pitted against Cameroon’s Coton Sports, Zambian Zanaco and Morocco’s league leaders Wydad.
