Handball: Egypt Cup semi-finals to kick off Thursday

CAIRO – 11 May 2017: Al-Ahly club handball squad will face the Heliopolis club in the 2016/2017 Egypt Cup semi-finals at the Suez Canal Authority playground in Ismailia city.

That match will be preceded by another semi-final tie between Sporting club and Smouha SC at 4:00 p.m.

Zamalek is the current title holder, however it faced a bumpy road during their journey in the Egypt Cup Championship after tripping at the championship’s quarter-finals.
