El-Badry excludes Ekramy, Soliman from Al-Fujairah’s friendly game

CAIRO – 25 March 2018: Al-Ahly’s coach Hossam El-Badry excluded goalkeeper Sherif Ekramy and midfielder Walid Soliman from his squad that will face the Emirati side, Al-Fujairah SC.

Al-Ahly SC is set to meet Al-Fujairah SC on Tuesday in a friendly match as the Emirati club celebrates its Golden jubilee, marking its 50th anniversary. The match will take place at Fujairah Club Stadium at 03:40 p.m. (CLT).

Ekramy is excluded from the list as he suffers an injury in his leg, while Soliman will be absent from the friendly game due to personal issues.

Al-Ahly’s delegation headed to the United Arab of Emirates on Sunday with 15 players. El-Badry will follow the delegation coming from Canada as he was there for personal issues.

Al-Ahly’s squad includes: Hossam Ghaly, Mohamed Naguib, Sabri Raheel, Bassem Ali, Mohamed Hany, Amr el-Soleya, Mido Gaber, Ahmed Hamoudy, Ali Lotfy, Hesham Mohamed, Islam Mohareb, Ramadan Mostafa, Mohamed Sherif, Karim Yehia and Mohamed el-Gazar.

Al-Ahly’s Egyptian international players are called by Cuper for Egypt’s friendly matches against Portugal and Greece. While, Al-Ahly’s foreign players, Walid Azzarou, Junior Ajayi and Ali Maaloul, were called for the international duty with their national teams, Morocco, Nigeria and Tunisia, respectively.
