CAIRO - 20 March 2018: The Egyptian Football Association, in collaboration with the company sponsoring the national team, Presentation, and Egypt Air, launched the official private plane of the Pharaohs on Monday evening.

The Pharaohs’ private plane is decorated with photos of the team’s stars; including Mohamed Salah, the Premier League current top scorer, honoring the remarkable role he played in helping the national team to qualify to the World Cup; Hector Cuper, the national team head coach; as well as Essam el-Hadary, Mohamed el-Nenny and Abdullah el-Saied.




The ceremony was attended by Minister of Youth and Sports Khaled Abdel Aziz, national team head coach Cuper, Minister of Civil Aviation Sherif Fathy, member of EFA and former national team player Hazem Emam, in addition to a number of public figures.

The first scheduled flight for the plane will be on Tuesday, as the Egyptian National team is travelling to Switzerland to face Portugal and Greece in two friendly matches, in preparation for the World Cup due to take place next June in Russia.
