CAIRO – 29 January 2018: Liverpool and Egyptian national team star, Mohamed Salah, leads the list of the African top scorers, who play in the European leagues, after he has scored 18 goals in the current edition of the English Premier League.

Malian Moussa Marega came second as he scored 15 goals for his team FC Porto in Primeira Liga of Portugal, overcoming his teammate Vincent Aboubakar, the Cameronese who scored 14 goals for Porto as well.

CAF's African Footballer of the Year nominee Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, the star of the Gabonese national team and the German Borussia Dortmund, occupies the fourth place with 13 goals in the Bundesliga.

Salah is going to face Huddersfield Town with his team Liverpool on Tuesday in the 25th round of the PL before facing Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday,on a mission to beat the current top scorer of the PL, Harry Kane, who has scored 21 goals.
