CAIRO – 26 January 2018: The King's Cup semi-final draw held on Friday, January 26, has paired FC Barcelona with Valencia, the most complicated opponent for Barcelona.

Barça, which has eliminated Murcia, Celta Vigo and Espanyol in the current edition of the Cup and qualified for a historic eighth time for the semi-final, will face Valencia, with the first leg at Camp Nou of Barcelona next week (31 January) and then travel to Mestalla stadium of Valencia two weeks later (February 7).

The other semifinal will be played between Leganés, a new face in the King's Cup semifinal, and Sevilla, with the first leg in Butarque of Leganes and the return game in the Sánchez Pizjuán of Sevilla.

The final of the King's Cup will be held on Saturday, April 21 in a venue still to be determined.

It is worth mentioning that on this date, the 34th league round will also take place but it is expected to be postponed in case Barcelona qualifies for the final.
