CAIRO – 10 April 2017: Egyptian taekwondo player, Nour Abdel Salam, claimed a bronze in the closing games of the first edition of Africa World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) President Cup G2 taking place from April 7th to-9th in Agadir, Morocco,

reported Sunday.

Abdel Salam earned the bronze medal in the female category below49-kilogram weight division after she had overcome Tunisian Nour Houmli, while Croatian Kristina Tomić claimed the gold medal, the report added.

During the two-day competition, the Egyptian delegation, comprising of 17 male players and six female players managed to bring home three medals one golden, one bronze and one silver.

Seif Issa won gold medal in the male category below 74-kilogram weight division, while Moaz Nabil got the silver medal in the male category below 54-kilogram weight division.
