Raneem El-Walelily makes it to 2nd round of World’s Squash Championship

CAIRO – 10 April 2017: Egyptian professional squash champion Raneem El-Weleily advanced to the 16th round of the 2017 Women's World Squash Championship following a victory over the British Jenny Duncalf, Youm7 reported Saturday.

Waleily is scheduled to encounter American Olivia Blatchford in the next round of the World’s Championship, held at El Gouna Squash Centre in Hurghada.

Waleily, ranked number four globally, was the last Egyptian woman to make it to the second round following her predecessors Nour El Sherbini, Nour El Tayeeb and Nouran Gohar.
