CAIRO – 27 December 2017: Ismaily defeated Raja 5-0 on Wednesday afternoon at the 16 fixture of the Egyptian League, and continued their amazing run in the competition this season. Ismaily lead the Egyptian League with seven points clear.

Ismaily suffered in the first half against their opponent. All their chances were saved by Raja defense and goalkeeper to end the first half 0-0.

In the second half, Ismaily players dominated the game. They opened the score after three minutes by Mohamed Sadek who scored his first goal in the season.
Ibrahim Hassan doubled the score for Ismaily six minutes later following a great pass from Sadek.

Mahmoud Metwally added the third goal for his team at 74 minutes after a great cross from Nader Ramadan and six minutes later Diego Calderon scored the fourth goal. Moussa Camara scored Ismaily’s fifth goal minutes before the final whistle.

Raja will face Al Ittihad on January 4, while Ismaily will face Al Nasr on January 6.
