Coutinho is PL’s top scorer from outside the box

CAIRO - 27 December 2017: Liverpool’s attacking midfielder Philippe Coutinho is the player who scored most of the goals from outside the box in the Premier League. He joined the PL through Liverpool coming from Inter Milan in January 2013.

Coutinho took the lead in scoring from outside the box after he raised his score to 19 goals, and following scoring Liverpool's first goal in Tuesday's game against Swansea City in the round 20 of the Premier League.

Tottenham's Christian Eriksen came second with 15 goals, while Manchester City star Yaya Toure is third with 14 goals.

Wayne Rooney, the current Everton player and former Manchester United star, is in fourth place with 13 goals, with Icelandic Gylfi Sigurðsson, his current teammate and former Swansea City player.
