CAIRO – 23 December 2017: Ismaily defeated Misr El Makasa 4-1 on Saturday at the Egyptian League to maintain their amazing run this season. Ismaily refused to be the new victim of El Makasa who defeated Al Ahly and Zamalek in the league.

Ismaily opened the score only after 12 minutes from the start through their defender, Mahmoud Metwally. Five minutes later, Karim Ahmed, known as Karim Bambo, added the second goal for Ismaily’s team after a great pass from Diego Calderon.

Ismaily scored the third goal after a strike from Mohamed Fathi at the 35th minute to end the first half 3-0.

In the second half, Ismaily managed to add the fourth goal through Eslam Abdel Naem after he dribbled against three players from El Makasa.

El Makasa scored their only goal in the game four minutes before the final whistle through Paulin Voavy to end the game 4-1 for Ismaily.

Ismaily leads the Egyptian League after they reached 34 points. They are five points ahead of the second placed Al-Ahly who still have three postponed game.
