CAIRO – 11 December 2017: The UEFA Champions League 2017/2018 draw will be held on Monday, December 11 at 1:00 p.m. in Nyon, Switzerland at the UEFA headquarters.

The road to Kiev, where the final will be held in May 2018, begins its next stage with the round of 16.

The draw will involve the 16 teams who qualified from the group stage. Two pots will be formed; one includes the group leaders and the other includes the second teams placed of each group.

Remember that it is not a purely random draw as no team will be able to face another club from the same group or from the same country.

The leaders of the group will have the privilege of being able to play the first leg at their home stadium.

Here are the pots:

Pot 1:

Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain, AS Roma, FC Barcelona, Liverpool, Manchester City, Besiktas, and Tottenham Hotspur.

Pot 2:

Basel, Bayern Munich, Chelsea, Juventus, Sevilla, Shakhtar Donetsk, Porto, and Real Madrid.

The first leg of the round of 16 will be played on February 13-14 and 20-21, while the second leg will be on March 6-7 and 13-14.
