CAIRO – 9 December 2017: The President of Real Madrid, Florentino Perez, has not ruled out signing the ex-Barcelona star and current Paris Saint-Germain player, Neymar, who costs the Parisian club €222 million.

Perez made it clear that he won`t rush signing Kylian Mbappé, the young talent who joined PSG last summer from Monaco.

"Mbappé is 18 years old, let's let him develop and see where it comes from; we have the best players. Bring Neymar while Mbappé develops? It's not a bad idea," declared Perez on the Spanish program “El Partidazo de COPE”.

Florentino also praised Cristiano Ronaldo, who received his fifth Ballon d’Or at the France Football gala in Paris for which, Perez was in attendance.

"Cristiano said he will win seven Ballon d’Or; so here are two left to win, still. He gathers all the physical conditions, talent, effort, ambition aspects that make him invincible," Perez continued.

Florentino Pérez was a guest on the radio program “El Larguero”, from Cadena SER, where he confessed about Neymar; "Being in Madrid would make it easier to win the Ballon d'Or. Madrid is a club that gives a big player everything they need to do so. Everyone knows I wanted to sign him."

Perez tried to sign Neymar before he joined Madrid’s rival Barcelona in 2013.
