CAIRO – 2 December 2017: Undefeated in 2003-2004, Arsenal at the time was led by Thierry Henry, the former French striker; achieving the Premier League title and gaining widespread fame in France.

One of Arsenal`s admirers then was Manchester United midfielder, Paul Pogba.

Arsenal is set to host Manchester United at Emirates stadium in the 15th round of the English Premier league at 07:30 P.M (Cairo Local time).

Arsenal, placed 4th in the table of the Premier League with 28 points, is looking to maintain their amazing performances in recent league matches and secure three valuable points against a tough opponent like Manchester United, who is placed second in the table with 32 points.

Paul Pogba conducted an interview with Football Focus program of the BBC channel, where he admitted that he was a fan of Arsenal when they were a deadly team.

“In France, they [Arsenal] were very big – they had a lot of French players. I was a big fan of Arsenal; Thierry Henry, I was watching him,” he said.

“I was a little fan, not a crazy fan, but I was watching a lot of Arsenal games. They have always been a great club,” he continued.

French central midfielder Pogba was able to win three titles: Europa League, Community Shield and League Cup with Manchester United in his first season with the club.
