CAIRO –12 November 2017: Egypt’s coach Hector Cuper has announced the lineup against Ghana in the final round of the World Cup qualifiers at Cape Coast stadium on Sunday.

Cuper took advantage of Egypt to qualify for the tournament last round, making eight changes to the lineup that faced Congo in the fifth round.

Egypt’s lineup is as follows:

GK: Sherif Ekramy

DF: Ahmed Elmohamady - Ramy Rabia - Ali Gabr - Karim Hafez

MF: Sam Morsy - Mohamed Elneny - Mahmoud Trezeguet - Mahmoud Shikabala - Ramadan Sobhi

FW: Amr Marie

Amr Marie plays his first official match with Egypt.

The Pharaohs’ game with Ghana does not account to much, as they have already qualified to the World Cup since the fifth round, after beating Congo 2-1 at Borg El-Arab Stadium. The national team still occupies the first place of the group, which includes Congo, Ghana and Uganda.
