CAIRO – 10 November 2017 : Argentinean players are emotionally attached to their childhood clubs, wherever they play they still have a dream to end their careers at their childhood teams.

Many Argentinean players revealed that they could return to Argentina to wear their beloved teams’ jerseys in their last days as footballers.

If the Argentinean current stars perform their promises, many eyes will turn over to the south American country.

In this article, we expect where Argentinean stars could spend their last days in the game.

1- Lionel Messi

The biggest star in the national team left his city, Rosario when he was 13 to join Spain’s Barcelona. Messi wore Newell’s Old Boys jersey when he was a kid and he wants to wear it again before retirement.

Di Maria was born in Rosario like Messi but he represented they yellow and blue side of the city, Rosario Central while Messi wore Newell’s Old Boys red and black shirt.

Argentineans could watch the Rosario derby with Messi on one side and Di Maria on the other.

3 – Sergio Aguero

The top scorer in the history of Manchester City has a long journey in Europe. He arrived in Europe when he was 18 to play five years for Atletico Madrid and another six for Man City.

Aguero is an Independiente academy product, he represented the team since he was 9 and he played for the first team when he was just 15. He played three years with Independiente and he believes that he has a story to continue with the club.

4 – Javier Mascherano, Gonzalo Higuain

They both had the same start but they continued in different paths. They are River plate academy products and they played for the first team 2 years each before leaving.

Spain witnessed great battles between both players as Mascherano played for Barcelona while Higuain represented Real Madrid. However, we could see both of them in the same club if they returned to River Plate to finish their careers there.
