CAIRO – 30 September 2017: Zamalek SC hosted Enppi in the fourth round of the Egyptian Premier League and the match ended in a goalless draw on Friday evening at Petro Sport Stadium.

Zamalek’s coach, Nebojša Jovović, settled on the 11 lineup players with only two changes in the formation that had started the last game against “Al-Masry Club” in the previous week of the Egyptian League, ending in a 2-1 victory for Zamalek.

Ali Gabr, Zamalek`s defender, replaced Mohamed Magdy, while Bassem Morsy, Zamalek`s striker, replaced Kabongo Kasongo.

Zamalek started the match with a great passion, as they haven`t beat Tarek El Ashry, Enppi`s coach, for nearly six years.

Zamalek players tried to score the first goal through the new comers Abdullah Gomaa and Mohamed Rouka, Zamalek`s midfielders, who made waves of attacks with Bassem Morsy.

Ahmed El Shennawy, Zamalek`s goalkeeper, refused to concede any goal as he saved his team through the match from many dangerous scoring chances.

Zamalek had the opportunity to grab the three points after the referee ruled a penalty for Moayed El Aggan, Zamalek`s defender, after being pushed inside the box. Bassem preferred to be the protagonist, but he failed to score the winning goal, as Ali Lotfy, Enppi`s goalkeeper, blocked it easily.

Zamalek is now in third placed with 8 points, while Enppi placed 14th with 2 points.
