CAIRO – 23 September 2017: Zamalek managed to hit the wall of Al-Masry’s defense and turned the table on them to win the match on Friday 2-1.

Al-Masry hosted Zamalek at Borg Al Arab Stadium in the third round of the Egyptian Premier League.

After the victory, Zamalek has seven points, putting it at the top of the league’s table with Al-Moqawloon Al Arab.

Al-Masry, with six points, is in third place after losing their first game in the league.

Al-Masry scored first in the match through Islam Abu Salima in the 15th minute.

Zamalek equalized the result by Mohamed Ashraf 'Roqa' with a powerful shot in the 52nd minute. Ahmed Madbouli scored the second and last goal of the match with another powerful shot in the 67th minute.

Among the 24 times Al-Masry scored first against Zamalek in history, this is the sixth time Zamalek succeeds in winning the match.
