CAIRO – 22 September 2017 – The Egyptian Premier League competition resumes its third week with three matches on Thursday, where Al Entag Al Harby won Misr Al Makassa with a single goal.

The third week of the Egyptian Premier League started with Petrojet and Enppi’s match, which was held at Petro Sport Stadium. Petrojet managed to win the three points of the game by winning 2-0. Shimelis Bekele scored the first goal for his team on the 44th minute of the game, before Ahmed Younis added the second goal for Petrojet.

The second game was between Smouha SC and Al Nasr at Alexandria’s stadium in Smouha. The home team started the score by Al Sayed Farid’s goal at the 69th minute of the game, while Al Nasr managed to equalize with a late goal at the 93rd minute of the game through Mohamed Hassan Mido, ending the game 1-1.

Day one of the third week of the Egyptian league was concluded at Al Salam Stadium, the home of Al Entag Al Harby, which hosted Masr Al Makassa Thursday evening. The two teams did not score until the 80th minute when Al Entag’s player Omar Al Saied scored the winning goal for his team, placing Al Entag Al Harby on the third place of the table with five points.
