CAIRO –19 September 2017: In a thrilling surprise to English soccer fans, especially Manchester United fans, former Red Devils defender Rio Ferdinand has moved to the world of boxing.

Ferdinand, who works as a Premier League analyst on a television channel, will announce on Tuesday at a news conference about his entering the boxing world at the age of 38, just 2 years after his retirement from football.

Ferdinand, who finished his career after a season with Queens Park Rangers, will receive a boxing license and hopes to complete his football successes, but this time in the world of boxing.

One of the most visible signs that Ferdinand will enter the world of boxing is the personal image he puts on his own Twitter account, where he holds the boxing belt, as well as his image with famous boxer Anthony Joshua, world heavyweights champion, as well as videos posted by his account on Instagram, and he practices boxing.
