60K fans to support Egypt against Congo

CAIRO - 8 September 2017: Egypt officials will allow 60 thousand Egyptian fans to support Egypt National Team at Borg El Arab Stadium against Congo on Friday for World Cup Qualifiers.

Egypt revived their hopes to reach the World Cup on Saturday when they won over Uganda 1-0, thanks to Mohamed Salah early goal.

Egyptian fans played a great role in Egypt two games at home in the qualifiers, they helped the National team to win over Ghana 2-0 and Uganda 1-0.

On the other hand, Congo lost any hope to qualify to the World Cup in Russia as the team collected one point from four games.

Egypt tops group E with nine points, two points ahead of Uganda who comes second, while Ghana placed third with five points and Congo at the bottom with only one point.
