CAIRO – 14 August 2017: The Egyptian FA decided on August 13 that Egypt’s football team will travel to Uganda on August 29. Uganda and Egypt will face off August 31.

Egypt is set to practice on August 29 at Borg Al Arab. The team is scheduled to travel to Uganda on the same day. This means that Egypt will have only one practice in Uganda on August 30 before playing the match the next day.

Egypt’s manager, Hectur Cuper, selected the following Egyptian International players on August 11 in preparation for the match against Uganda.

Essam al-Hadary and Mostafa Fathy (Al Taawoun SC), Mohamed Abdel Shafy (Ahly Jeda SC), Ahmed Hegazy (West Bromwich Albion), Mohamed al-Neny (Arsenal FC), Ramadan Sobhy (Stoke City FC), Mohamed Salah (Liverpool FC), Omar Gaber (FC Basel), Ahmed Koka (Sporting Braga FC), Mahmoud Kahraba (Ittihad Jeda SC), Karim Hafez (Lens SC), Mahmoud Trezeguet (Kasimpasa SC), Amr Warda (CD Feirense), Sam Morsy (Wigan Athletic) and Ahmed al-Mohamady (Aston Villa FC).

Egypt’s national team manager Hector Cuper will select the rest of the rooster after Al-Ahly’s game with Al-Masry SC in the Egyptian Cup final on August 15.
