Cairo- 11 August 2017: Liverpool legend, Steven Gerrard seems really happy with the Egyptian winger, Mohamed Salah impact since signing for Liverpool; he spoke about Liverpool new season with Liverpool Fans YouTube channel.

“I really like what Salah bringing to the other side of the pitch, we can get Salah and Sadio Mane flying on the wings on the counter attack.” Gerrard spoke to Liverpool fans YouTube channel.

Salah scored four goals in six games with Liverpool in pre-season, he is expected to be a great addition to the club in their Premier League campaign.

Gerrard spoke about Liverpool performance in pre-season games, he said “ For me Liverpool is in a good place, of course we had defensive issues, but look to the team in the pre season, they are flying, they look really fit, they look strong and dangerous on the counter attacks.”

Steven Gerrard, 37 years, is a former Liverpool Captain, he played 17 years with the club including 12 years as the team captain, he lifted 2005 Champions League title with Liverpool.

Gerrard added “ we need to keep Daniel Sturridge healthy, we can get Adam Lallana back, If we did one more big signing before the window, I would be really really optimistic.”
