CAIRO – 2 August 2017: Hossam El Badry, Al Ahly manager, spoke on August 1, 2017 to the official Twitter account of the Arab Club Championship.
El Badry answered a question from a Saudi fan, who inquired about whether or not the manager will accept an offer from Al Hilal.
El Badry said to the Arab Club Championship, “It would be a great pleasure for me if I received an offer from the Saudi Al Hilal club. Any coach will earn the honor of coaching a great club. If I received an offer from Al Hilal, I will accept after my contract with Al Ahly ends.”
El Badry recalled an amazing moment with Al Hilal SC, saying, “When we played against Al Hilal SC in a friendly match, I was surprised when the Al Hilal president told me ‘I want to sign you’; however, I was in charge of coaching Al Ahly SC in my first term with the club.”
It is good to mention that Al Ahly coach Hossam El Badry managed to win the league title this season with the club without losing a single match in the league.
