CAIRO – 28 July 2017: Egyptian national team of domestics will face Libya in a friendly match in preparations for 2018 African Nations Championship held in Kenya.

It was officially decided to set up a friendly match for the domestics national team against Libya on August next month, instead of the 3rd of the same, the match will be preparation match before the Pharaohs face Morocco in the final qualifiers for the 2018 African Nations Championship which is scheduled to held in Kenya from January 11 to February 2.

The local team is led by Hamada Sidki the new head coach after the withdrawal of Hany Ramzy who is now the head coach of Al-Ittihad of Alexandria, will face his Moroccan counterpart on August 13 in Alexandria then on the 18th of the same month in Morocco, the winner will be directly qualified for the 2018 African Nations Championship in Kenya.
