CAIRO – 26 July 2017: The Egyptian National Swim Team continued to perform in the 2017 International Swimming Federation (FINA) Swimming World Cup in Budapest, Hungry, with new placements on July 26.

Mohamed Khaled came in 17th place in the 200 meters diverse race after finishing in 2 minutes.

Mohamed Samy came in 32nd place after finishing the 100 meters freestyle race in 49 seconds.

The Egyptian National Swim Team is represented in the tournament by Farida Othman, Marwan el-Kamash, Youssef el-Kamash, Ahmed Akram, Hania Mouro, Omar Eissa, Mohamed Khaled, Mohamed Samy and Ahmed Hamdy.

The Egyptian National team is expected to continue their participation in 17th FINA World Championship in Hungry through July 31. The competition began on July 14.
