CAIRO –26 July 2017: Al-Ahly SC announced the signing of Misr el-Makasa’s midfielder Hesham Mohamed on July 25.

Hesham Mohamed signed for Al-Ahly SC on a 5 year contract earning LE 3 million ($167,412) each year.

Al-Ahly agreed with Misr el-Makasa on paying them LE 9 million along with sending Mido Gaber and John Antoi on a 1 year loan to Misr el-Makasa after the end of the Arab Club Championship.

Misr el-Makasa also tried signing Al-Ahly’s attacking midfielder Ahmed Hamdy as part of the deal but both clubs didn’t agree letting the player stay at Al-Ahly SC.

Hesham Mohamed became the third signing for Al-Ahly SC after the Egyptian League Champions Al-Ahly SC bought Smouha’s former attacking player Islam Mohareb and the Morrocan striker Walid Azaro.

The Egyptian midfielder Hesham Mohamed will return to his boyhood club Al-Ahly SC after spending 5 years at Misr el-Makasa where he managed to shine as a player.
