CAIRO – 24 July 2017: A Blackburn Rovers security guard has been arrested by the British police forces for suspicion of using the stadium’s camera to spy on a 12-year-old girl.

The British police said that a 54-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of voyeurism; the police added that the man is believed to work for the Blackburn Rovers Stadium security.

The young victim's father brought it the authorities’ attention after he noticed a 30-foot pole with a camera pointed at his daughter's window. Their house happens to sit near the stadium. The police told him that the security guard pointed the camera towards the girl's window. On Sunday, the father said that his daughter is terribly shaken after she found out that a man was spying on her. He further stated, "My daughter sat in the corner the other night and when I asked what she was doing, she said it was so he (the security guard) couldn’t see her,” the Sun UK reported.
