Hany Ramzy calls the entire national team for Morocco matches

CAIRO – 21 July 2017: The coaching staff of the Egyptian national football team, headed by Hany Ramzy, decided Thursday to call the entire team to the training camp in preparation for the team’s two qualifying matches against Morocco for the African Nations Championship CHAN.

The tournament is organized by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) for African national teams which feature exclusively players from their respective national leagues. The Egyptian national team will play Morocco in the qualifiers for the CHAN on August 13 at Alexandria stadium in the first leg before they meet again for the second leg on August 18 at Moulay Abdellah stadium in Rabat, Morocco.

The Egyptian national team’s camp is set to begin on Saturday at one of Cairo’s hotels as Hany Ramzy is currently choosing among several names before deciding the squad list which will participate in the team’s long camp.

The team's coaching staff decided to call a number of players: Mohamed Awaad, Emad El Sayed, Mahmoud Abou El Seoud, Islam Tarek, Mahmoud Alaa, Ahmed Samy, Ahmed Ayman Mansour, Assem Salah, Ayman Ashraf, Hussein El Shahat, Hazem Emam, Nour El Sayed, Mahmoud Metwally, Ahmed Daouda, Ragab Bakkar, Mohamed Helal, Hesham Mohamed, Amr El Halawany, Mohamed Ramadan, Mohamed El Shamy, Wageh Abdel Hakim, Nasser Maher, Ibrahim Hassan, Ahmed El Sheikh, Mohamed Antar, Ahmed Gomaa, Ahmed Raouf, Mohamed Ashraf, Arafa El Sayed, Salah Suleiman, Mahmoud Ezzat, Islam Abu Salima, Mohamed Hamdy and Islam Mohareb.
