Azzam: ‘CAS dismissed the appeal of Mondomo’

CAIRO – 14 July2017: Nasr Azzam, Zamalek SC lawyer, denies the statement from Al-Raed Saudi Football Club July 12 about the Cameroonian midfielder Alexis Mondomo.

Mondomo, 30, played for Zamalek SC during season 2012/13, before leaving suddenly without informing the Egyptian club.

“What I can say that CAS dismissed the appeal of Mondomo and partially upheld the appeal of Zamalek SC,” Azzam told Egypt Today.

“I think the board of the club will make a decision about this, and mostly will be communication with the player soon to settle this pending dispute,” Azzam Added.
Mondomo made 5 appearances with Zamalek, scored 1 goal before leaving for Al-Raed Saudi Football Club, according to TransferMarkt.
