CAIRO – 14 July2017: Mark Wotte, former Dutch manager of Ismaily SC, is supporting Ahmed Hegazy, Egyptian National Team and Al-Ahly defender to accept West Bromwich Albion offer this summer.

“To play in Premier League is a dream for any player and I think Ahmed Hegazy is very capable in playing that level, also Ali Gabr, Zamalek defender can play there,” Wotte told Egypt Today.

Hegazy who started his career in Ismaily SC with Wotte in 2010 played for ACF Fiorentina and AC Perugia Calcio in Italy, and made 14 appearances with both Italian sides in all competitions, scored only one goal, according to TransferMarkt.

“It is one of the biggest Leagues in World Football playing for a lot of fans in Stadiums and on Television World Wide,” Wotte concluded to Egypt Today.

Wotte was worked in Egypt with Ismaily SC twice in 2006 and 2010, The Dutchman is currently leading Morocco U19 Nationa team.
