CAIRO-11 November 2021: Egypt national team players underwent a COVID-19 test upon arrival in Luanda and the test results came out negative.
 
The team will hold their pre-game training on Thursday night at Estádio 11 de Novembro, the venue of the game.
 
The team players underwent another test on Thursday under the supervision of the match observer and the results is expected to arrive on Thursday night.
 
The Pharaohs have a chance to book their place in the final round of the qualifiers before the final game against Gabon at home if they managed to achieve the three points away from home.
 
"Looking forward to a great performance with one humble, hard work and team player attitude." Carlos Queiroz, the team's head coach, tweeted on Thursday.
 
Egypt tops Group F with 10 points after four matches as they only dropped two points at a draw against Gabon away from home.
