Egypt aims top of the group against Libya in 2022 World Cup African qualifiers

CAIRO, 8 October 2021: The Egyptian national team will meet Libyan national team at 9:00 pm today, Friday, at the Burg Al Arab Stadium in the third round of the African qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup, which will be held in Qatar.

 
The Egyptian football fans are waiting for the match between Egypt and Libya tonight in the 2022 World Cup qualifiers in Qatar, especially as it is the first official match for the new coach of the Portuguese Pharaohs, Carlos Queiroz.
 
The Libyan team is currently at the top of Group F with 6 points after winning over Gabon and Angola, while Egypt is in second place with 4 points, from a win over Angola & a draw against Gabon.
 
FIFA has decided to appoint Pacific Mana from Burundi to manage tonight's match, with the help of Tanzanian Frank Kumba, Burundian Desiree Nkurunziza, and fourth referee from Rwanda, Samuel Uekunda, while Toko Guish from Eritrea will monitor the match.
