CAIRO – 9 July 2017: Zamalek’s coach Augusto Inacio announced Zamalek’s starting lineup for their match against Al-Ahli Tripoli on July 9.

Zamalek SC will play against the Libyan team Al-Ahli Tripoli in the last match of the CAF Champions League group stages. The match will take place at Alexandria’s Borg El-Arab Stadium on July 9 at 9 p.m. Egyptian Standard Time.

Augusto Inacio needs only three points to better the team’s chance to qualify for the next round.
Zamalek will start with a 4-4-2 formation with following players:

Goalkeeper: Ahmed El-Shennawy

Defenders: Ahmed Tawfik (Right Back), Ali Gabr and Mahmoud Hamdi El Wensh (two center backs), Mohamed Nassef (Left Back)

Midfielders: Ayman Hefny (Right Midfielder) Mahmoud Dunga and Moruf Youssef in the middle, Shikabala (Left Midfielder)

Strikers: Bassem Morsy and Hossam Paulo.

Zamalek’s group standing in the CAF Champions League is as follows: Al-Ahli Tripoli is in first place with 8 points, Algerian team USM Alger in second with 8 points, CAPS United from Zimbabwe in third with 6 points, followed by Zamalek in last with 5 points.
