Tourist delegations visit archaeological sites in Minya

MINYA, Upper Egypt, Oct 5 (MENA) - Tourist delegations from France and Belgium visited Minya on Saturday.

The delegations are to tour archaeological sites to get acquainted with the ancient Egyptian civilization.

Minya governorate always seeks to promote its tourist destinations so that it would be back on the global tourism map, Minya Governor Qassem Hussein said.

The governor issued directives to the head of the tourism department in the governorate to facilitate all measures and remove all obstacles facing the visitors to offer them an attractive tourism atmosphere.
