CAIRO – 10 June 2017: A parliament member has suggested launching a multilingual television channel and an international newspaper to promote Egyptian tourism.

The channel should speak to the whole world and present different places in Egypt and its monuments, said Riyad Abdel Sattar, member in the parliament’s tourism committee, on Saturday.

There is a dereliction from the Ministry of Tourism regarding this important sector, Sattar said, adding that the ministry should have resorted to modern technological tools to promote Egyptian Tourism.

Sattar further suggested using the world’s best insurance tools, to insure tourists and send a message of reassurance to the whole world.
