Pack the essentials, but do not forget the healthy beach snacks that will keep your stomach satisfied throughout the day. Here are our favorite summer snacks to enjoy by the beach.
Watermelon is a great way to hydrate your body by the beach. Keep them in the fridge over night for a nice refreshing snack.
Not only are grapes rich in antioxidants, but they are also a quick and easy snack to nibble on. Try them frozen!
Almonds are very high in protein and satisfy sugar cravings. They also keep you full for hours. A ¼ cup of almonds or 23 medium sized almonds has a whopping five grams of protein and five grams of fiber.
