EgyptAir to carry 100,000 Umrah pilgrims to Saudi Arabia

CAIRO - 11 May 2019: EgyptAir operated Saturday a number of flights to carry pilgrims to Jeddah and Madinah to perform Umrah rituals.

The flag carrier will operate nearly 500 flights from Cairo, Borg El Arab and Luxor airports until June 20.

The company is expected to ferry around 100,000 pilgrims during the Umrah season in the holy fasting month of Ramadan.
