CAIRO – 06 June 2017: Egypt announced that last flight to Qatar left Cairo Airport earlier Tuesday, to put closing airspace to all Qatari jets decision on effect, according to source at Cairo Airport.

Under the decision, Qatari jets will not be permitted to use Egyptian airspace or land at any Egyptian airport.

On the other hand, Saudi Civil Aviation Authority annulled aviation license given to Qatar Airways and closed all its bureaus inside its territories on Tuesday.

The decision follows suspending all flights to/from Qatar by Saudi Arabia, and severing the diplomatic ties with the Gulf nation.

Qatar faces isolation after Saudi Arabia, Egypt, UAE, Bahrain, Maldives and Mauritius announced cutting ties with the neighboring country.
