CAIRO – 14 October 2017: Roma Club announced on its official website on Saturday that Egypt will become the team’s official tourism partner.

According to its announcement, the partnership will begin with the kick-off in the match between Roma and Napoli on Saturday. The announcement will have advertising displayed on the LED hoardings around the pitch at Stadio Olimpico.

The agreement will last for the whole season and will see the club supporting and promoting Egypt and its tourist activities, as well as organizing shared initiatives involving the general public and the media.

Roma will publicize the partnership using advertising space at Stadio Olimpico and across its digital and social-media platforms.

For its part, the Egyptian Tourist Organization director Emad Fathy Abdalla stated that, “we’re delighted to be teaming up with one of the biggest and most successful football clubs in Italy.”

"The partnership will allow Italian visitors who choose Egypt as a holiday destination to enjoy and get to know the country in more detail as they discover its historical, artistic and natural wonders,” he added.
