Phase 1

The first stage is a random selection draw, which runs from the September 14 to October 12, 2017. Ticket applicants may apply at any time during the selection draw sales period. Earlier submissions will not be preferred and do not have better chances of success than later submissions.

If demand for tickets exceeds the available inventory for a given match and/or ticket category, then random selection draws will take place to determine which ticket applicants will be allocated tickets. All successful, partially and unsuccessful ticket applicants will be notified of the outcome of their applications.

Notification of successful applications will be made by November 16, 2017.

After the first stage has taken place and the successful ticket applications have been determined, the second stage opens up, in which they will be able to purchase the remaining tickets on a first-come, first-served basis from November 16, 2017 to November 28, 2017.

Phase 2

On December 1, the final draw for the World Cup will take place and all the football fans will know where all the participating teams will be playing.

The first stage will be again a ticket application collection period with applications to be submitted from December 5, 2017 until January 31, 2018. Tickets will be issued to applicants through a random selection draw.

The second stage runs from March 13 until April 3, 2018. Tickets will be issued to applicants on first-come, first-served basis.
