Marathon for breast cancer awareness

CAIRO - 6 October, 2017: Bescletta and Baheya Foundation are collaborating in making a bicycle marathon for breast cancer awareness.

The marathon will take place in Sheikh Zayed. If you do not own a bicycle, you can reserve one from Basklatih by contacting Bescletta and paying a deposit of LE 35 ($2). However, if you own a bicycle, you do not need to pay the LE 35.

The 15-kilometer marathon will start at 7:30 a.m.

The foundation was launched in February 2015. It was launched after Baheya Othman suffered from cancer in her end of her life. Her family noticed how much poor families suffer due to the expensive treatment for breast cancer. Hence, they created the Behaya Foundation to become the first center to treat breast cancer for free in Egypt.
