Keaton was born on September 5, 1951. He is an American actor, producer and director best known for his performance in the movie “Birdman”. He played in comedy films, drama films and some romantic films as well.

He attended Kent State University for two years, and then dropped out to chase his acting dream. Keaton made his television debut in 1975 in the children’s series "Mister Roger’s Neighborhood."

His big break was in 1977 when he joined the cast of the sitcom "All's Fair," after he appeared in that sitcom he landed a role in the comedy, "Working Stiffs." However, after the cancellation of the show, he tried to appear in television shows again and he succeeded in 1982.

Fun Facts:

● In 1982 Keaton married the actress Caroline McWilliams. They had one son, but the couple got a divorce in 1990.

● He won a Golden Globe for Best Actor in a Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy and Choice Award for Best Actor in 2014.
