CAIRO - 16 August2017: Adasa Photography Club in Alexandria, under the supervision of its founder, Alaa El-Basha, attempts to restore the image of true Egyptian beauty through the lenses of different photographers all around the country.

The Egypt Again project documents different landmarks in various cities around Egypt, focusing on the lives of people and the simple features that make each place unique.
Egypt Again in Port Said documents the spirit of the place, where fishermen along the harbor go about their daily lives.

Adasa Club is the only International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP) Operational member in Egypt. FIAP is an international organization consisting of national associations from all around the world.

Currently, more than 85 national associations are members of FIAP, as is mentioned on their website. “The idea of an international photographic federation is born in his mind; it is finally in 1946 that Dr. M. Van de Wijer takes the initiative to found, in the interest of photography, a world organization conceived on the modern basis of assembly of peoples,” the website states.

Port Said city is located on the northern entrance of the Suez Canal and considered one of the most important Egyptian ports due to its location at the entrance of the largest international shipping corridor (Suez Canal) and in the middle of the largest commercial shipping line connecting Europe to the east and is the largest transit port in the world.
