CAIRO – 10 August 2017:“Heisenberg says relax” is a quote by the drug dealer Toko from Breaking Bad, even though you should not listen to drugs or drug dealers in general, but seriously, come on!
Worrying solves around 0% of all the problems you face in life. In the 2013 movie “About Time”, the main character, Tim, says a quote that could actually help you get through life much more relaxed:
“There's a song by Baz Luhrmann called Sunscreen. He says worrying about the future is as effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing bubble gum. The real troubles in your life will always be things that never crossed your worried mind.”
Of course, taking precautions and planning ahead is a must, but to stress over things will do nothing but harm, so kindly relax.
