CAIRO – 5 August 2017: Egyptian Tourism Promotion Board Chairman Hisham el-Demery met a group of South Sinai investors on Friday to discuss advertising company JWT’s plan for Sharm el-Sheikh’s promotion and marketing campaign.

Within the framework of promoting tourism to Sharm el-Sheikh, el-Demery met a group of South Sinai investors, including South Sinai Investors Association head Hisham Ali, Nasser Abdel-Latif, Nader Hisham Ali, Mody Al-Shaer, Motea Ismail and Givara Algafy. Minister of Tourism Yehya Rashed and South Sinai Governor Khaled Fouda also attended the meeting.

JWT will advertise the campaign in the coming period, after the Tourism Promotion Board agreed on allocating LE 10 million ($0.56M) for it.

The campaign will kick off in many European markets, including Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Ukraine, Poland and Czech Republic, as well as a number of Arab markets, el-Demery stated.

The Board has discussed the advertising company’s plan with investors, El-Demery added. The six-month campaign’s final form will be presented in the coming days.
