Sahel season has officially begun! The new “Yalla Sahel” just started, and it’s giving us all the right reasons to go to Sahel even more, even if it means sneaking a few wfh days here and there. 
After months of busy schedules, we all deserve a chance to unwind by the salty breeze and crystal-clear waters. But between beach parties, late-night dinners, and endless lounging, it's easy to let your fitness routine take a back seat.
