After Eid mode is here, and we all know how dreading that may seem, whether it’s the diet plan, job duties, or a bunch of random to do lists you’ve been putting off till ramadan ends, it’s sadly the time where life gets back to normal.
Getting back on track and resetting doesn't have to leave you stressed, with the right mindset, and prioritising responsibilities, it’ll feel like a piece of cake. Here’s how to start:
Make a To Do List
Start writing what you’ve been planning to get done post eid, with clear set timelines.arrange them from the most important to least tasks, this will help you create a clear vision, making it less overwhelming while helping you finish your tasks faster.
One Thing at a Time
We all get the urgency of finishing everything all at once, even thinking about it will get you lowkey stressed. It’s not a race, getting things done at your own pace will not only feel lighter, but will actually help you stay consistent instead of burning out after two days.
Ease Into Your Routine
You don’t have to wake up the next day and suddenly become your most productive self. Start small, maybe fix your sleep schedule, reply to a few emails, or get one task done. Slowly, your routine will start falling back into place without you forcing it.
Prioritise, Don’t Overload
Not everything needs to be done today. Pick 2–3 important things each day and focus on those. This way, you’re still being productive without overwhelming yourself with an endless list.
